Senior Manager - Marketing Analytics

1. Provide analytics support to sales & marketing teams by developing forecasts, tracking key metrics and conducting ad-hoc statistical analysis as required
2. Develop machine learning models and in-house customized solutions (based on Python / Excel VBA / SAS VA / Tableau etc) to simplify analysis and speed up decision making
3. Provide campaign management support by developing campaign models, configuring campaigns in the system, deploying surveys and conducting cost benefit analysis (pre-campaign)/result analysis (post-campaign)
4. Ensure value proposition rules for spend based fee revearsal are correctly implemented in the system to minimize customer complaints
5. Ensure credit limit changes as prescribed by Credit team are implemented in the system and track effectiveness of changes to inform decision making
6. Analyze portfolio & pricing trends to identify leakages/gaps and propose remediations for the same
7. Develop, maintain and enhance Tableau or SAS VA BI visualization systems
8. Conduct research and market benchmarking to identify enhancement opportunities in data platforms/campaign management systems/analytical practices/new tools or procedures and drive implementation and adoption of the same
