Job Description:
The Customer Intelligence Data Specialist is supporting full time the EnvistaCRM and related Customer Intelligence projects focusing on data quality and data compliance. This role is closely working with the EnvistaCRM users to support daily usage.
- Manages data cleansing via Conflict tickets / Excel in CRM & MDM
- Responsible for reviewing and governing data queries
- Monitor data usage to assist power users
- 2nd Level support for data related inquiries
- Support business with data governance (GDPR)
- Manages the creation of views, reports and dashboards
- Management of translations (templates, timing)
- Maintenenance of training material on sharepoint site

Job Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in Customer Data Management and CRM
- Good understanding of MS Office
- Good understanding of customer data and related processes (ERP/CRM/MDM)
- Results-oriented, diligent and works with a sense of urgency
- Independent way of working and the ability to identify & communicate issues timely
- Fluent in English
- Enjoys working with large sets of data
