This position will be focused on providing relevant, accurate data to all Category Managers and Technology stakeholders to give them an overview of spend and savings, trends, key dates etc to enable them to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure accuracy and legitimacy of data

  • Create weekly and monthly dashboards as required by various categories

  • Conduct regular meetings with Technology Procurement team members and Category Leads on dashboard improvements

  • Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects

  • Assist with reports and data extraction when needed

  • Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.)

  • Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses

  • Troubleshoot data-related problems

  • Timely production and maintenance of reports

  • Create and maintain data content for internal publications

  • The ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data,

  • Excellent analytical skills to effectively scrutinize data for inaccuracies

  • Familiarity with data visualization and analytic tools and the ability to produce informative, relevant and user-friendly reports.

  • A curious mindset, finding and resolving problems, exploring new technologies

  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Indepth knowledge and experience of Excel, PowerBI, SAP etc
