The Position

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse "big data" sources, generating actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.

Career Opportunities

  • Interact with product and service teams to identify critical questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.

  • Undertake research using scientific approaches and state-of-art methodologies to analyze complex datasets.

  • Interpret and communicate analysis results, providing meaningful insights to product, service, and business managers.

  • Develop and code software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.

  • Contribute to the establishment and growth of a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and testing of data pipelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic business recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Qualifications and Analytical Proficiency: Master's or Ph.D. in relevant fields with advanced proficiency in statistical methods and software for experimental design and data analysis.

  • Expertise and Experience: Extensive experience in designing experiments (DOE), analyzing complex datasets, and deep understanding of pharmaceutical technical development, particularly synthetic molecule development.

  • Regulatory and Collaborative Skills: Strong familiarity with regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA), excellent collaborative skills for working in multidisciplinary teams, and outstanding communication skills for reporting and stakeholder liaison.

  • Problem-Solving and Project Management: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Continuous Improvement and Learning: Self-motivated, able to work independently, keen on staying updated with new developments in statistics and data science, and passionate about continuous improvement and learning.
