Job Description

The Data Analytics Senior Consultant II is responsible for leveraging data and analytics to answer complex questions and influence business strategy through communication of findings to senior management. The position is also responsible for developing standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data reporting and data analytics as well as coaching and developing less experienced analysts.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analytics Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of driving data-informed strategies by:

  • Influencing Business Strategy: Using data and analytics to tackle complex questions and shape business direction.
  • Storytelling with Data: Transforming complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing Business Performance: Monitoring and evaluating initiatives against key performance indicators and delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Technical Expertise: Compiling, cleaning, and organizing large datasets to uncover meaningful insights.
  • Setting Standards: Establishing and evolving protocols for data quality, retrieval, manipulation, reporting, and analysis.

We’re searching for someone with:

  • Required Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong foundation in data analysis.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics to elevate data visualization and reporting.
  • A Talent for Storytelling: Ability to translate data into accessible insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A Collaborative Mindset: Passion for working with cross-functional teams and driving shared success.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in data analytics or a related field.

Education

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $69,200.00 - 123,800.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
