Service Offerings

Technology Strategy & Transformation practice is aimed at providing client solutions that are related to the CIO/CTO, managing/transforming business functions and providing diligence with respect to technologies involved. Our range of services includes delivery of client engagements in the following areas:

• Technology Strategy: IT Strategy, M&A / Due Diligence, Application Portfolio Assessment, Systems Advisory, Business Continuity & Risk, Business Case Development, Emerging Technologies, and Innovation
• Cloud Advisory and FinOps: Cloud Strategy & Readiness, Cloud Governance, FinOps Strategy, Cloud Operating Model, Cloud Cost Optimization
• Cloud Foundations and Migration: Cloud Architecture, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Governance and Structures, Migration Patterns and Planning

• AI & Data Modernization: AI Enablement and Planning, Generative AI, Responsible AI
• Data Strategy, Governance and Analytics: Data Strategy and Operating Model, Data Management and Governance, Data Migration Strategy and Execution, Data Engineering, Customer Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Utilize statistical analysis, data visualization, and data mining techniques to interpret and present findings
• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud-based solutions (preferably Azure)
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders on best practices and strategic initiatives

• Support pursuit teams in proposal development, including innovative approaches and methodologies tailored to address specific client requirements 

Skills & Experiences

• 3-7 years of experience in consulting experience in Data Science/Data Engineering/Data Analytics or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively interpret and analyze complex data sets (structured and unstructured data both)
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow)
• Deep understanding of Data Modeling, Machine Learning (techniques like Linear regression, Random Forest etc), Statistical Analysis and Tests (like ANNOVA, Z-Test, T-test etc)
• Proficiency in using various analytical tools and software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau etc
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Preferably M.Tech in Data Science)
• Certifications relevant to any of the following or more areas (Preferred not mandatory) -
• Cloud-based service providers like AWS (e.g. AWS certified ML Engineer),
• Microsoft (PowerBI Data Analyst Associate), GCP
