ASOS Media Group 

A dedicated brand partnerships team, ASOS Media Group works with our strategic brands across all ASOS audience touch points. The ASOS Media Group team has grown significantly over the last few years working directly with our partner brands, collaborating with ASOS’s design, creative, fashion, production and commercial retail teams to implement impactful, effective and strategic marketing campaigns on and off ASOS’s owned and operated properties.  

Job Description

As an Insight Analyst within ASOS’s Retail Media Network, ASOS Media Group (AMG) you will support the team to help our brands succeed on ASOS. AMG runs advertising campaigns such as display advertising, sponsored ads and creative solutions campaigns for brand partners to showcase their brands and products to ASOS customers. 

This role will work closely with internal AMG teams to optimise our display ads and creative solutions campaign performance and provide insight to support new potential advertising placements and product offering. You will work to ensure our campaign tracking and measurement capabilities for advertising campaigns are best in class. We are looking for a proactive, methodical and detail-driven analyst who can work with data from different sources and is keen to expand their knowledge of different platforms within an exciting and fast-growing area of ASOS.  

The Details 

  • Using multiple platforms, datasets and tools (Google, SQL Server, Adobe, Data Studio, Power BI, Databricks) to produce robust insights and recommendations. 
  • Translating data into action-oriented insight to deliver a clear story to stakeholders or brand partners 
  • Partner with the Ad Operations and Account management teams to optimise our ad campaigns through creation of bespoke audiences  
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to improve the performance of display ads, sponsored ads and creative solutions ad placements.   
  • Building out methodologies to improve the measurement of our display, sponsored ads and creative solutions ad campaigns to help us and our Partner brands improve performance. 
  • Championing a test and learn approach with stakeholders, helping to define testing roadmaps, structuring tests, then drawing insight and recommendations from results. 
  • Partner with the AMG team to plan and define tracking specifications required to be able to truly understand the effectiveness of site features and functionality 
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Qualifications

About You 

  • A strong track record in an Insights role with advanced Excel skills. 
  • Strong knowledge of key analytical tools & languages (SQL, Adobe, Google, Data Studio, Python, R) 
  • Excellent e-commerce/Marketing analytics knowledge  
  • Experience in retail media or using google ad products, preferred  
  • High level of familiarity with digital analytics data collection (Google/Adobe) 
  • A proactive approach and a curious mindset 
  • The skills to communicate effectively to all business levels clearly, confidently and concisely. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and prides themselves on delivering high quality work. 
  • An aptitude in handling multiple tasks and managing priorities. 
  • A love of collaboration with strong interpersonal skills.
