As our Customer Insight Analyst, you will help the marketing department understand the effectiveness and efficiency of the digital channels, through both quantitative data analysis and qualitative insight. You’ll contribute to the delivery of marketing initiatives, and to ensure all outputs are aligned with internal client needs.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Understand customers’ needs and preferences through market research, internal data and/or external products to deliver thought leading insight and improvements into marketing segmentation
- Be responsible for deep-dive analysis into customer behaviour through the digital channels and provide recommendations on next steps to improve efficiency and/or effectiveness
- Provide Marketing MI for the Marketing department
- Provide and create insight through our customer experience software platform, fitting both project and customer needs
- Provide initiative performance MI and insight understanding the outcome and providing recommendations
- Provide insight (both externally and internally) into the changes within our customer base through our own or external data sources
What we need from you:
- Degree in a quantitative discipline with significant coursework in statistics, econometrics, or an allied field (essential)
- Direct experience of conducting statistical analysis using segmentation models from complex, specialised or large (1m+ customers) data pools
- Direct experience of numerical programming (using, e.g., Python, R, SAS), database programming (using, e.g., SQL Server and/or Azure SQL, SAS)
- Direct experience of using customer feedback tools (Rant & Rave, Medallia)
- Solid critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, ambiguity tolerance, and a willingness to keep looking for better answers
