The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.

 

How you will CELLebrate

• Support overseeing the lifecycle of assigned components from design through to end-of-life.
• Ensure components meet all regulatory and quality standards. 
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop and approve component designs.
• Conduct feasibility and risk assessments on new components. 
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of components.
• Support in conduct supplier audits and performance reviews. 
• Develop and implement quality measures and propose corrective measures.

 

What you need for our CELLebration

• Successfully completed education in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience in component engineering or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in supplier management and quality assurance
• Project management abilities.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
