Data & Analytics Engineer

At the Data Insights Hub, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow at the forefront of data innovation, working on exciting challenges. You will work closely with experienced engineers and business teams to design, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions across various domains. You will help clients derive valuable insights from their data, supporting smarter decision-making and business improvements. 

 

Your responsibilities 

• Design, build and optimize data pipelines, reporting dashboards and business applications. 

• Visualize data, derive insights and implement analytics that support business and decision making. 

• Partner with business teams and gain business knowledge to understand challenges and design solutions that improve outcomes. 

• Translate business requirements into actionable items. 

• Automate existing processes with the use of data and analytics. 

• Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional and/or virtual teams. 

 

About you 

We're seeking someone with a foundation in data engineering and analytics, a passion for data-driven solutions, and a willingness to further develop their technical expertise. 

We look for candidates who have: 

• Practical experience with Python programming language and related libraries. 

• Basic knowledge of software development and data engineering/data science techniques. 

• Interest in learning new skills and personal growth. 

• Passion for problem-solving and finding first-time solutions.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 1,600] and [EUR 2,600] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
•    the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, 
•    the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
