Your key missions: 

As a Master Data Product Owner, you will be entailed in the end-to-end ownership of one or more Master Data Management products related to the finance & organization domains, but you will also be involved in other domains (Tech, S&R, etc.). You are the “voice of stakeholders” and are committed in defining the Master Data products scopes and vision. To successfully build top-class Master data products with the highest ROI and internal customer satisfaction, you will lead/co-lead an Agile Squad of functional and tech data experts by managing its backlog definition, consolidation, prioritization, and delivery, while overseeing overall funding within the scope to ensure correct allocation, tracking, and delivery of business value. 

Prioritizing actions and managing product backlog & budget

  • You understand business needs based on captured business priorities/needs and convert them into user stories

  • You assess required effort of each business need and prioritize actions to launch

  • You manage and update product backlog & roadmap to maximize product value

  • You communicate product backlog & roadmap to business counterparts

  • You manage product budget, secure effective reporting & finance management, if needed

Animating product roadmap and coordinating the work of development team

  • You explain business needs & product backlog to development team, ensure developed solutions are addressing business needs

  • You facilitate day-to-day interactions with the squad, anticipating & managing risks and interdependencies

Driving system demo activities and roll-out plan

  • You drive system demo and release activities, define objectives and acceptance criteria for features

  • You perform high-level fit-gap and change impact analysis in collaboration with Business Process Owners

  • You define roll-out roadmap, build guidelines/templates to ensure product successful deployment & adoption

Tracking product performance and value realization

  • You define product KPIs and monitor product performance to enable continuous enhancement of features

  • You optimize the whole product development process, including testing and delivery

  • 5/8 years of experience in Master Data

  • Expertise in relevant product, with deep understanding of business challenges in the domain

  • Stakeholder engagement & focus on the “voice of stakeholders”

  • Negotiation/mediation skills

  • Strong understanding of agile mindset & practices

  • Communication skills, with the ability to talk with both business & technical stakeholders

  • Ability to manage in complex and VUCA environments

  • Strategic thinking & value-driven mindset (roadmap creation, value monitoring…)

  • Strong experience in Product management, PO certification
