We are excited to build and expand our team in Bangalore and are looking for a Talent Intelligence Analyst to join us. This role focuses on data integration and analytics, ensuring our systems are well-connected and delivering actionable insights for better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:
- Design and implement data integration solutions across core HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Eightfold, Microsoft)
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow between systems
- Partner with People Analytics to enhance predictive capabilities in our data warehouse (One Model)
- Identify data gaps and implement solutions to improve data quality and completeness
- Collaborate with global teams to optimize data collection and utilization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in HR systems
- Strong expertise in SQL and data manipulation
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HR analytics platforms (Eightfold, One Model)
- Programming skills in Python or R for advanced analytics
- Knowledge of predictive modeling and statistical analysis
- Experience with Microsoft and workplace analytics
- Understanding of HR processes and talent management
