We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Azure Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to join our Customer Success Unit. This pivotal role is customer-facing and encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including the design, build, and support of Azure applications, with a key emphasis on leveraging AI and cloud to generate new business value, increase efficiency, save cost, and inspire productive and meaningful work.

This fast-paced and dynamic position requires deep technical knowledge, the ability to adapt swiftly, and the capability to make independent decisions in ambiguous circumstances. Responsibilities

• Understand customers' business processes, business priorities and technology landscape to design solutions that generate business value.
• Develop deep relationships with customer business and technology stakeholders and drive impactful digital transformation with them.
• Lead solution architecture, share expertise and accelerate customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology professionals to develop data and cloud solutions. Drive continuous improvement in performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability.
• Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with internal teams (e.g. product engineering) to improve products and services.
• Commit to continuous learning to keep technical skills and knowledge up to date with market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND/OR Extensive experience in cloud technologies, application development, infrastructure technical solutioning, architecture design, technical sales, and/or consulting

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to solve business and technical problems.
• Collaborative skills to share perspectives, drive alignments and orchestrate executions.
• Strong knowledge and experience in at least four of the following:
  • Cloud native application development using Python, Java, C++, JavaScript.
  • Cloud infrastructure such as Landing Zone, security, networking.
  • Application runtime technologies such as app service PaaS, containers, Kubernetes, serverless, cloud native.
  • Generative AI such as GPT.
  • Data science and MLOps.
  • Massively parallel processing system and database, Spark, Databricks.
  • Data analytics platform and data warehouse (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.) and analytical data modeling.
  • NoSQL platforms (MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB, etc.) and NoSQL data modeling.
  • RDBMS (Azure SQL, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB) and RDBMS data modeling.
  • DevOps technologies such as Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps.
