Your role

As a Senior Software / AI Engineer, you’ll join a small team of seasoned experts, building our systems as we scale up. You’ll be able to shape the team and its culture, and  take on responsibility from day one.

Your key responsibilities:

• Discover and deliver our product as part of the Product & Engineering team
• Design, develop, deploy and operate our applications
• Architect, integrate & refine AI workflows, using cutting-edge speech-to-text and large language models
• Be involved in architectural and infrastructure decision-making

Your profile

Required

• Strong communication skills
• Proven track record of building successful web applications, with a focus on backend, services & infrastructure
• Solid understanding of at least one Python-based backend framework (Django, FastAPI, Flask)
• Solid DevOps and infrastructure knowledge (Terraform, Docker, AWS)
• Experience with integrating third-party APIs and interfaces
• Experience with deploying, integrating and fine-tuning AI models (managed services & self-hosting)
• Experience with working in a highly dynamic early-stage startup
• Pragmatic, hands-on mentality
• Willingness to learn and experiment

• In-depth experience with speech-to-text models
• MLOps experience
• Experience with React/Next.js
