Job Responsibilities

The team is tasked with developing creative approaches to data sourcing, deriving new variables and factoring in qualitative insights to deliver high-impact business solutions.

Key areas of focus, include: 

• Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover hidden patterns and trends in customer behavior.

• Lead the development of advanced data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

• Leverage customer data and analytics to acquire, develop, and retain high-value customers more profitably and effectively.

• Develop a robust behavioral and needs-based segmentation to create more relevant, actionable, and personalized campaigns, offers, and engagements.

• Closely monitor product and area performance, operational and manpower efficiency.

• Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.

• Analyze customer data from various touchpoints to provide actionable insights.

• Utilize big data technologies and cloud platforms to manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes and decision-making frameworks.

• Lead a team of high performing analysts to deliver excellent results.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in analytics and experience leading an analytics team will be an added advantage.

• Experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.

• Proven experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments and monitoring their performance.

• Experience in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Other Prerequisites

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, with experience in using libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
