Job Description & Summary: A career in National Special Functions, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support service, sector, and market leaders deliver the unique PwC client experience to our clients. You’ll play an important part in continuously innovating and improving Firm operations so that we can continue to provide the highest quality of services to our current and prospective clients.
Our team focuses on representing data as a strategic business asset to help serve our clients. You’ll focus on using data and information across PwC to drive change and improvements in data related operations to help enable the business as well as provide insights related to attendant risks
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the Master Data Operations team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Master Data Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality of master data, including Client & Supplier Master Data.
- Data Cleansing: Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of master data through regular audits and cleansing activities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding master data issues and improvements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of master data operations.
- Compliance: Ensure all master data management activities comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on master data quality, team performance, and project progress to senior management.
- Project Management: Lead and manage master data projects, ensuring they are completed accurately & timely.
- Systems & Tools: Oversee the use and implementation of MDM tools and software, ensuring they meet the operational needs of the team.
