Job Description

• Manage daily operations to ensure high-quality deliverables and provide internal support.
• Oversee the global security database, handling corporate actions and credit activities for the global portfolio.
• Ensure timely and accurate pricing and valuation of the global portfolio using various pricing/valuation systems.
• Maintain procedures for trade capture, pricing feed, and reconciliation to ensure seamless processing.
• Address and resolve inquiries related to financial instruments, corporate actions, price interpolation, amortization, pricing & valuation, and other investment accounting system issues.
• Assist in managing client relationships (both internal and external), including handling client deliverables, documenting procedures, and ensuring client satisfaction and coverage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or other quantitative field
• CFA or enrolment in such professional programs strongly desired
• Deep knowledge of financial products and financial markets
• Knowledge with VBA, SQL, C#, Python or other scripting languages is desired
• Strong communication skills
• Well organized with strong time management and problem solving skills
• Self-starter, eager to learn
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services industry
