🚀🚀Job MissionAbout the Role:
As a Conversion Optimization & Data Specialist (m/f/d), you will develop and execute strategies to improve Tibber’s online store and digital channels. You will focus on data analysis, A/B Testing, and SEO to deliver actionable insights and growth recommendations. This is a dynamic role that blends data-driven decision-making with creativity to elevate our customer journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Databricks, and Hotjar (Heatmapping) to uncover trends, user behaviors, and actionable insights. Regularly present findings to key stakeholders and senior leadership to inform business decisions
- A/B Testing: Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and engagement with tools like VWO and Rudderstrack
- SEO Optimization: Perform SEO audits, track organic search performance, and implement strategies to enhance Tibber’s search engine rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and session durations to identify areas for improvement
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to align testing and optimization strategies with business goals and customer needs
- 3+ years of experience in A/B testing, data analytics, and SEO optimization.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Databricks, Hotjar, and other data platforms
- Strong understanding of website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO best practices
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives
