We are seeking a precise, responsible, detail-oriented individual with problem solving skills to join our team as a Data Analyst Trainee for a project that runs between January to June. (Depending on agreed start date, the internship would be 3-6 months.) This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a logical mindset who is eager to learn and contribute to our tax services team.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop an understanding of international personal tax processes and related automations through hands-on training. Understand data validation rules configured and executed in the system.
- Assist with data interpretation and validation (non- tax technical) and ensure accuracy in following set processes or instructions.
- Support engagement coordination under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Participate in process testing and help set up centralized and automated workflows for new countries or additional validation rules.
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and a global specialized automated tool, to analyze and manage data accurately.
Requirements
- Ongoing university studies preferably in the business field
- English proficiency, both written and verbal. (Additional French and Spanish language knowledge is beneficial.)
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and processes.
- Easily adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Precision and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
- Self-consciousness and awareness in delivering work with care. Reliable person who can be trusted to handle confidential personal data.
- Strong analytical skills and a logical mindset to solve problems effectively.
