AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Master Data Analyst.

 

The Analyst - Master Data Steward will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the accuracy, quality, and compliance of master data within our global procurement systems. This role requires an experienced data steward who will support vendor onboarding, data governance, and quality initiatives, as well as streamline processes through SAP MM. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in SAP Vendor Master data and SAP Materials Management (SAP MM), with a strong grasp of master data governance, classification, and compliance.

 

Your Impact

  • Assist users in onboarding and finalizing new vendors, ensuring data meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate records and ensure accurate vendor classification.
  • Enhance vendor data quality through proactive data checks and enrichment initiatives, aiming for optimal data completeness and accuracy.
  • Perform compliance checks, ensuring alignment with both internal policies and external regulatory standards.
  • Partner closely with finance, quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and governance.
  • Track and monitor change requests throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and data integrity.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of data quality metrics, addressing inconsistencies or issues as needed.
  • Oversee interfaces with other systems, ensuring the seamless flow of vendor data and materials management integration via SAP MM.
  • Project & Initiative Support: Participate in projects related to vendor data management, supporting SAP MM-related enhancements, system updates, and new interfaces.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Relevant Min 4+ years of professional experience in vendor master data management or a similar role within a multinational or large enterprise.
  • Proficient in SAP Vendor Master data; experience with SAP MM and SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data quality, deduplication processes, and compliance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively across departments, especially with finance and quality teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards related to vendor and procurement data.
