Responsibilities:

Innovate and Transform: Lead the charge in reshaping our software automation applications using state-of-the-art AI concepts. Discover and implement creative ways to enhance our engineering tools through AI.

From Idea to Global Impact: Drive the entire process from ideation to the worldwide rollout of newly designed tools, ensuring seamless implementation.

Collaborate and Communicate: Gain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and processes. Proactively engage with engineering stakeholders to align on goals and strategies.

Prototype and Experiment: Embrace the excitement of building prototypes to quickly test and validate new ideas. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in driving innovation.

Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor a talented team of software developers based in India, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications:

AI Expertise: Strong knowledge of current AI concepts, including neural networks, Bayesian statistics, knowledge graphs, and LLM.

Project Management: Proven project management skills, particularly in software projects, to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Technical Proficiency: Experience in software development and DevOps, with a solid understanding of best practices and methodologies.

Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and stakeholders.
