Job Summary:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful dashboards, and driving data-driven decisions across the organization. This role involves not only technical expertise in data manipulation and analysis but also a keen understanding of business needs, ensuring that metrics and insights align with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering actionable insights and effectively communicating them to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection, Cleaning, and Management:

• Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support continuous reporting and analysis efforts.

Metrics Development and Dashboarding:

• Design, develop, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with business goals.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards that provide clear, real-time insights into business performance.
• Continuously improve dashboards based on user feedback and changing business needs, ensuring they remain relevant and actionable.

Data Analysis and Insights Generation:

• Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and key insights that can inform business strategies.
• Develop predictive models and scenarios to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights that are easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:

• Present analytical findings and insights to senior leadership and other key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the data products developed meet these needs effectively.
• Provide ongoing training and support to ensure stakeholders can utilize dashboards and reports effectively.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

• Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, ensuring that the organization’s tools and methodologies remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining metrics and dashboards.
• Strong track record of translating data insights into actionable business strategies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis languages.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Additional Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and balancing competing priorities.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving business problems through data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of advanced analytics or machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative project environments.
