Carrier Commercial HVAC Operations focuses on the manufacturing of in Air- and Water-Cooled chiller at our facility in Charlotte NC.
About this role
Come join Carrier Commercial HVAC Operations as an Inventory Data Analyst and supports the Air Cool and Water Cool Value Streams from an inventory analytical and data management perspective.
This is an onsite role in Charlotte with working hours from 7am to 4 pm weekdays.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices
- Conduct receiving audits and resolve discrepancies
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Provide cycle count support and reconciliation
- Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity
- Create and manage data analytics to improve and control inventory accuracy
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Engineering
OR
- Associate degree, High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience in inventory data management
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert level excel skills
- Power BI/Dashboard skills
- Detail accuracy
- Interpersonal skills
- English verbal and written skills
