Process & Data Analyst Specialist

Role purpose

Inside Vodafone Technology team the candidate will be a key figure to manage with innovative approach on designing and developing tools and applications based on requirements coming from public and private deals

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Analise deals requirements on public and private sector to define tool requirements

 

• Follow new feature requirement and deploy on ServiceNow environment

 

• Project Management with E2E Accountability on digitalization projects

 

• Use coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule

 

• Be sure that all applications developed will respect Business/Customer requirements

 

• Drive changes in way of working with a data and evidence driven approach

 

• Design processes to manage many groups involved in Data Analysis and  

 

• Reporting Accountability on performance measurements

Key performance indicators

• He/she will share KPIs related to working solutions and vendors management

 

• He/she Will be responsible for matching delivery target on system development 

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

• Proven Skills and experience (at least 3 years) on develop processes

 

• Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, transform, and organize data to draw conclusions and make predictions. This includes using statistical techniques and specific tools to identify patterns and trends.

 

• Curiosity and Critical Thinking: Being curious and having a critical mindset to explore data in depth and ask the right questions. This helps uncover hidden insights and make more informed decisions.

 

• Data Strategy: Ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies to guide business decisions. This includes understanding how data can support the company’s strategic goals.

• Process Knowledge: Understanding business processes and how data can be used to optimize them. This involves the ability to map processes and identify improvement points through data analysis.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow development

 

• Data Design: Knowing how to design and manage databases and data collection systems. This includes skills in SQL and other programming languages for data management.

 

• Data Visualization: Ability to create effective reports and visualizations to present analysis results to business decision-makers. Tools like Tableau, Visio, Power BI, or similar are often used for this purpose
