What You Will Do 

The Q&C Data Insights and Analytics Lead is responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital insights and analytics initiatives that align with the overall business objectives. You will combine strong experience in data analytics methods and tools, a can-do and creativity mindset, and problem-solving capabilities to advise, co-create and deploy solutions to improve processes and operations with end-to-end focus. You will participate in initiatives with local, regional, and global footprint and will build relationships with stakeholders from technical and non-technical background and from various departments.

Responsibilities

·    Devise, implement, maintain, and/or enhance digital insights and analytics initiatives that will succeed in supporting business processes, including routine operational processes, while interacting with different teams to understand the problems, gather requirements and ensure feedbacks are reflected in the solutions.

·    Manage and analyze data using SQL/databricks, PowerBi, Power Apps and latest advanced methods and tools such as AI and machine learning.

·    Support the deployment and adoption of regional and global initiatives to the EMEA Q&C department.

·    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into quality processes and reporting and to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

·    Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to Supply Chain partners, to ensure alignment and support for the development and delivery of initiatives.

·    Communicate complex data insights, analytics findings, and recommendations to stakeholders of different levels including senior management, ensuring clear understanding and support for factual decision making.

·    Collaborate with and support the digital transformation office to build critical enterprise data assets and industrial capabilities.

·    Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data insights and analytics capabilities for the department.

·    Act as subject matter expert on supporting how problems can be solved in the most efficient and automated way.

·    Coach and mentor colleagues on dealing with data insights and analytics.

·    Monitor trends, identify issues, recommend, and implement appropriate measurements, and actions.

Qualifications

 

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

·    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in STEM.

·    Master’s degree.

·    Track record of implementing data analytics initiatives within a compliance framework.

·    Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Bi, Power Apps and Microsoft Azure Stack.

·    Good knowledge of data architecture, data governance practices and processes.

·    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·    Ability to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.

·    Ability to work proactively and in collaboration with multiples stakeholders and partners to deliver solutions.

·    Ability to coordinate workflow and ensure timely completion of projects, identify issues, and implement appropriate actions.

·    Good team player.

 

Desired Qualifications

·    Experience with operational excellence and project management.

·    Ability to think creatively and strategically to support business results.

·    Knowledge of Quality & Compliance and Supply Chain processes.

·    Experience with machine learning, and AI implementations.
