The Cloud Infra Strategy, Planning & Delivery Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to provide systems/tools project management, automation, simplification. As a crucial member of the team, you’ll also be at the forefront of building out tools, systems, and roadmaps to evolve our growing business, driving efficiencies, accuracy, and time/ savings.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage and partner across Engineering and Finance to manage key tools/systems buildouts and implementation, while managing associated budget to ensure we deliver within expectations
  • Identify manual processes and create automated processes to promote efficiency, accuracy, and time savings
  • Own and build a framework and roadmap to drive clarity on current systems and the path to the desired state
  • Embody our culture and values

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • This role does require you to be onsite 2-3 days a week.

 

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Technical Proficiency in Data Solutions: Expertise in designing ETL pipelines, data modeling, and managing modern data platforms like Azure Synapse, Databricks, or SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Stack: Proficient with Power BI, Power Automate, Azure Data Factory.
  • Programming Skills: Skilled in Python, SQL, DAX
  • Deep business partnering experience, collaborative and inclusive when working with others
  • Project management skills
  • Able to connect finance needs with systems/tools automation and improvements
  • Advanced technical skills and ability to understand system infrastructure, tooling, and automation needs
  • Able to manage multiple work streams and prioritize as needed
  • Efficient written and verbal communications translating financial analysis and insights into meaningful and actionable business communications and recommendations
  • Proven leadership skills, with demonstrated results in proactively driving and delivering high value/high-impact project results through both individual and virtual-team efforts
Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year.  Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
