Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solution Architect (8-10 years of experience) to lead AI projects in the healthcare provider industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Data and AI solutions to optimize hospital workflows across care delivery, revenue cycle management, billing and payments and supply chain operations. This role requires a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and computer vision, coupled with a strong foundation in end-end solutioning. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the US healthcare industry, possess sound technical skills, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities within/outside the project.

 

Required Skillsets:

• Domain knowledge (mandatory)
  
• Minimum 4-5 years of US healthcare industry experience preferably in the provider space
  
• Understanding of hospital workflows, processes, and challenges
  
• Knowledge of clinical operations, patient flow, and medical datasets
  
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and data standards (FHIR, HL7)
  

• Data and AI Proficiency:
  
• Experience in AI, machine learning, and computer vision techniques
  
• Experience in using different LLM models based on data modalities and project needs
  
• Knowledgeable in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant frameworks
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and their AI offerings
  
• Experience in designing end-end solutions by understanding the big picture
  
• Leadership and Strategic Thinking:
  
• Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams of data scientists, full-stack developers, QA engineers and UX designers
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Ability to identify new business opportunities through solution-selling, domain expertise and client relationship management
