Master Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate and timely creation and update of customer and vendor master data
• Conducts validation and verification calls to suppliers to validate the bank information received
• Create and prepare up-to-date documentation (procedures, manuals, templates, system settings) concerning the key activities of the master data management
• Prepares master data extraction needed by the different business stakeholders
• Initially provides analysis and investigation on master data issues and recommends a solution
• Participates in the master data uploading and cleansing activities
• Contribute to master data projects (Testing, Training, etc)
• Contribute to idea generation with regards to process improvement
• Initiates and Implement CI initiative

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business or Finance or any equivalent course
• Knowledgeable in data management and SAP modules
• At least 1 year experience in business data role
• Detailed understanding of the company's business areas, their functions, and their objectives and relating that to associated data structures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage and adapt to dynamic changes in priorities, resources, and deadlines
• Ability to work strategically as well as tactically
• Proven process management and execution skills regarding data governance, processes, workflow, entry, and systems
• Proven process executor and idea generator for improvements
• Able to detect inaccuracies and lead to problem resolution
• Query and reporting experience
• Microsoft Office platforms (Expert Excel, Visio, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint)
• Amenable to work in Mid Shift and Hybrid set up
