Senior Executive - Transformation and Analytics

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Executive in Data Science, Analytics, and Revenue Management Transformation. 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Visualization:
•    Leverage SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyse data for actionable insights.
•    Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools, such as Power BI, to track revenue and operational performance.
2. Systems Optimization:
•    Analyse airline systems to identify areas for improvement.
•    Assist in testing and validating new system features developed by vendors, ensuring alignment with requirements.
•    Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to gather feedback, track system adoption, and provide training to enhance utilization.
3. Technology Exploration and Evaluation:
•    Research and evaluate new tools, vendors, and technologies in analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning.
•    Prepare comparative analyses, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and suitability for organizational needs.
•    Present recommendations to management, aligning solutions with business objectives.
4. Requirements Gathering and Stakeholder Engagement:
•    Work with cross-functional teams to document business and technical requirements comprehensively.
•    Partner with end-users to ensure systems meet operational needs and facilitate formal sign-off.
•    Communicate technical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
•    Prepare documentation, reports, and insights for tracking project impact and supporting decision-making.
•    Maintain alignment with team objectives and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
•    2–3 years of experience in airline revenue management, inventory management, or data analysis.
•    Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Power BI.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
•    Excellent communication and documentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
•    Good reporting and presentation capabilities
