An experienced person who is looking to drive projects forward, manage high-achieving individuals and build strong relationships with Underwriters, Finance, Reserving, Data Engineering and Exposure Management.
A bit about the job:
Aviva UK is now looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Global, Corporate & Speciality (GCS) Pricing Team. This position will report into a Senior Pricing
Manager and will be actively involved in a wide range of responsibilities such as:
Managing high-achieving analysts and/or senior analysts within the team.
Carrying out London market case pricing, rate reviews and performance deep dives.
Developing and implementing machine learning based models to support business needs,
Being the pricing lead on various cross functional projects.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience of London Market large account case pricing.
Developed and implemented rating tools with experience carrying out rate reviews.
Experience of monitoring business performance and KPIs and carrying out deep dives on portfolios.
Has worked closely with Underwriters and other stakeholders such as Finance and Claims.
Strong coding skills in R or Python
What you’ll get for this role:
Salary ranges from Circa £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on skills, experience and qualifications).
Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
