Job Description

You'll utilize state-of-the-art technologies, including machine learning and reinforcement models, to shape our customer care delivery and positively impact millions of users. In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Take full ownership of Wix's Traffic Balance domain, using ML to optimize resources and deliver the best user experience while aligning with business goals
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, prioritizing features to maximize value
  • Collaborate closely with data science, engineering and UX teams to develop, train, and deploy ML models that solve complex problems, deliver measurable impact and enhance the user experience
  • Identify new opportunities for ML applications, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance, using data-driven insights to iterate and improve continuously
  • Lead cross-functional communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the product lifecycle
  • Manage end-to-end product development, from ideation to production and scaling

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in product management in data-intensive or complex products OR relevant experience
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Great problem-solving skills; you're not intimidated by tough challenges
  • Ability to lead a project from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and model evaluation - an advantage

The Traffic Balance team is a key part of Wix's Customer Care organization, focused on delivering real-time solutions that optimize user interactions and resource allocation. Our mission is to provide the best possible service to users in real-time, based on their intent and the system's current state (expert availability and skills). We manage the entire Traffic Balance ecosystem, including routing algorithms, real-time decision-making, and tools for resource optimization.
