About the Team:
The Data and Reporting product team sits at the center of Cambridge Associates’ business, building the mission-critical application that drives our investment process. We are a small closely knit team, but we have a big and far-reaching impact. The decisions we make, the technologies we use, and the things we build are shaping the future of our firm. We design robust solutions that unify our firm’s varied needs. We release frequently and have the flexibility to act upon changing business conditions. Our application is set to transform how our firm does business.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in the development of new product features from concept to launch, working closely with users, stakeholders, and engineers.
- Write product requirements, manage backlogs, and demo new features.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to facilitate cross-functional product initiatives.
- Root cause analysis for product support on existing applications.
What you bring:
- Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for efficiently retrieving and analyzing necessary information.
- A thorough understanding of investment and trading processes or a deep passion for financial markets.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data, supporting business and technical decisions, and creating detailed reports to present findings to stakeholders.
- BS/MS in STEM or quantitative field preferred
