Data2Bots, an IT consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI) to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and BI tools to extract valuable insights from our data and translate them into actionable business strategies. You will work closely with stakeholders across the company to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions that drive informed decision-making.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or a Business Intelligence Specialist.

  • Proven track record of successfully applying data analysis and machine learning techniques to solve real-world business problems.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in programming languages like Python, Power BI, or SQL.

  • Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

  • Familiarity with BI tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau.

  • Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modelling concept

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse large and complex datasets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques.

  • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast trends and identify future opportunities.

  • Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility.

  • Perform data cleaning and pre-processing to prepare data for analysis.

  • Design and implement BI dashboards and reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders.

  • Translate complex data analysis into clear and concise business narratives.

  • Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions.

  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of data-driven initiatives.
