Analyze existing processes, measure performance, and propose improvements based on data-driven insights. Design metrics for ongoing process evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Create accurate financial forecasts and budgets, leveraging data insights and operational knowledge. Build models that project financial outcomes over both short and long terms, aligning projections with company goals and market trends.
- Dashboard & Data Visualization Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into financial and operational performance. Ensure dashboards are intuitive, actionable, and aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify and assess operational and financial risks. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement strategies that mitigate risks, capitalize on business opportunities, and ensure financial stability.
- Project Management & Cross-Department Collaboration: Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving business operations, such as data integration, process re-engineering, or system upgrades. Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure successful completion of projects. Provide leadership and mentorship to colleagues across departments, supporting skill development and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Strategic Analysis & Decision Support: Apply advanced BI techniques to analyze complex business problems, utilizing data from internal and external sources. Provide insights and recommendations that influence key strategic and tactical decisions, including forecasting, budgeting, and process improvements.
- Stakeholder Communication & Training: Effectively communicate complex data analyses to stakeholders at all levels, translating technical findings into actionable business strategies. Facilitate training sessions and presentations to promote the use of BI tools and processes across the organization.
Skills and Competencies
