Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Legato team as a Senior Executive – Data Analytics to Assist with project designing to improve quality, reduce errors and design new business processes for the organization in order to enhance the business value preposition.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse data using statistical techniques, interpret results and provide analysis for ongoing reports in order to make informed decisions.
• Develop & implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Collect, filter, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Acquire data from primary/secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems so that required data is available on-time.
• Collaborate with other functions in order to provide predictable analysis in identified areas.
• Communicate with client on setting up meetings, addressing related issues, suggestions and follow up on actions items.
• Liaise with client nominated external parties to understand and resolve issues.
• SLAs / KPIs / BOIs / Volumes – Setting the framework/baselining/reporting/monitoring.
• Working with client on specific surveys and analyzing the results to come up with relevant actions to be taken to improve the same.

Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:

• At least 2—3 years of work experience in operations Analytical mind with high learning agility
• Degree in Statistics, Finance or Computer Science
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams. 
• Experience visualizing/presenting data using PowerBI tools
• Advance Excel (e.g: macros, functions – IF, Vlookup IRR and NPV etc.)
• Experience in Minitab, Monte carlo simulation and Geo coding will be an added advantage
