A Glimpse into Your New Role

The Global GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across the client’s team to drive initiatives. Within this, the Global Sales, Strategy & Operations organization is at the forefront of driving revenue and growth. Responsibilities include designing, creating, and maintaining dashboards and reports, helping run our weekly business reviews, streamline and optimize our internal processes and deliverables. We are looking for an operational analyst who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, analytical and has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity in a high-growth environment.

• Sales Forecasting and Business Reviews
• Develop, manage, and run Salesforce reports and Tableau dashboards that serve Sales management and frontline sellers.
• Provide adhoc analytical and reporting support to GTM Operations where needed.
• Assist with the analysis on escalated issues related to targets, territories, and report bugs.
• Utilize CRM to identify, manage, and resolve issues effectively.
• Help provide operational support to the wider GTM Operations team and assist in maintaining the integrity of our CRM system.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to create and maintain spreadsheet reports, must be familiar with functions like sumifs, vlookups, and index match.
• Competence in deriving insights from data using pivot tables or BI tools like Tableau.
• Experience in building and maintaining intuitive, commercial dashboards.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills including the ability to write, update, and adapt queries, troubleshoot, and effectively manage data sources.
• Demonstrated ability to work on tight deadlines and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
• Strong written communication skills to convert complex insights into clear and concise commentary.

Nice to Have: 

• Salesforce experience (CRM and reporting building)
• Understanding or prior experience with data pipelines.
• Experience with Tableau.
