 THIS IS NOT A TELEWORK POSITION.

CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK IN THE OFFICE. 

This is a full-time OPS position, Monday to Friday 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

  Salary: $25.00 per hour

If selected for hire, current DCF employees will be compensated in accordance with the DCF salary policy. 

 

Position Description:

This is a professional position that supports the Hope Florida Program by managing and analyzing data to enhance decision-making and improve program outcomes.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collect and organize data from multiple sources.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain and update databases and data management systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify data needs and provide insight.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to enhance program goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. (This position has been designated as an essential position and is expected to work during emergency situations or natural disasters. The incumbent of this position may be required to work before, during, and beyond normal work hours/days to include holiday).

Required minimum qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Two (2) years of experience in data management and analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel.

Preference will be given to the candidates who meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Data Science, Statistics. Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
