As our Senior Consultant or Manager, you’ll provide actuarial consulting services to clients in the Banking and Capital Markets sector, leading and managing projects to deliver high-quality outcomes and strategic insights.

Responsibilities: 

 

• Provide actuarial consulting services to clients in the Banking and Capital Markets sector.
• Lead and manage actuarial projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement actuarial models and methodologies to support client needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide strategic advice on risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring clients are well-informed and prepared.

 

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional actuarial qualification (e.g., FIA, FSA, CERA) or significant progress towards qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in actuarial consulting, with a focus on the Banking and Capital Markets sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in actuarial software and tools (e.g., Prophet, SAS, R, Python).

 

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

 

• Experience in consultancy or a client-facing role.
• A track record of business development and a strong professional network.
