Role overview

Reporting into the Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you will manage the

analysis, and strategic utilization of data across the global supply chain. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that accurate, timely and actionable data is available to inform decision-making and drive operational excellence.

You’ll have the opportunity to manage the development and implementation of data strategies that enhance visibility, efficiency, and performance across the supply chain network. (covering internal manufacturing facilities, supply procured externally, distribution centers and cross-dock 3PLs delivering to local markets worldwide)

Key Responsibilities

Data Management and Governance

  • Overall responsibility from design, implementation and maintains robust data governance policies and procedures
  • Manages and executes regular system maintenance activities within Global Supply Chain
  • Maintains the collection, storage and management of supply chain data
  • Collaborates with Functional Leads including Supply Chain, IT, Finance and Operations teams to address data challenges through Practical Problem-Solving methodologies to deliver solutions.

Data Integration and Quality

  • Overall responsibility for the management of data quality initiatives to ensure that we can monitor and rectify Supply Chain Data through effective RCA practices to deliver right first time (RFT)
  • Monitors seamless integration of data from disparate systems, including ANAPLAN, Oracle EBS, SAP, MDS and other supply chain applications
  • Defines & Implements Data Quality initiatives to identify and rectify data inconsistencies and inaccuracies, reducing errors and discrepancies, leading to improved data accuracy
  • Accountable for Global Master Transaction Data through establishing consistent definitions, formats, and guidelines
  • Global Process Owner for Master Data Management & Delivery
  • Accountable for performance of Data Quality Metrics and Continuous Improvement (CI)

Strategic Data Utilization

  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to analyze data to generate insights, identify opportunities and recommendations to support strategic decision making and drive supply chain optimization opportunities
  • Analyzes data to support strategic decision-making, identify opportunities for process improvement and drive supply chain optimization
  • Collaborates with cross-functional leads to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
  • Produces data insights and recommendations effectively to Senior Management and other stakeholders across the organization
  • Responsible for the design and delivery of training and support to staff on data management practices and the use of analytics tools
  • Develops a data-driven culture within the Supply Chain organization
  • Acquires data to identify and mitigate risks within supply chain, ensuring business continuity

Technology and Innovation:

  • Observes emerging data technologies and trends to enhance data capabilities with supply chain
  • Lead initiatives to implement advanced analytics solutions, such as predictive analytics and AI
  • Performs periodic reviews of supply chain data management (including testing) and business process documentation, ensuring continuity of compliance with all Quality and Regulatory Codes of Practice

What you’ll bring

  • STEM related degree
  • Proven experience in global Global Supply Chains, Planning and transactional ERP systems
  • Data management / administration and analytical skills, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (analytical libraries preferred)
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and ERP systems
