KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Product Development & Innovation

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the AI product roadmap and deliver impactful solutions.

• Drive the analysis of complex data sets to extract insights and inform business decisions.
• Lead the development of predictive models and machine learning solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data collection and processing.
• Ability to deliver End to End advance data science projects

Model Design and Optimization

Develop and iterate on Generative AI, machine learning and deep learning models, ensuring their scalability, performance, and real-world applicability while continuously optimizing them based on real-world feedback.

Data Strategy & Collaboration

Define data strategy, work with data engineers to build robust pipelines, and ensure data quality and accessibility for machine learning applications. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production.

Mentorship and Leadership

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration while helping to scale AI solutions across the organization.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Good knowledge of Python programming language, data engineering and data science ecosystem in Python.
• Hands on experience in Generative AI, LLM and Advance RAG techniques.
• Hands on experience in developing and supporting Machine Learning solutions.
• Hands on experience in developing Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions
• Hands on experience on SQL ecosystem
• Hands on experience on Solr framework with Python
• Experience of working on Linux and shell scripting
• Basic statistical modelling knowledge
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals are must. (Data structures, Algorithms, OS, Databases).
• Good communication and organizational skills with significant attention to detail
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams of domain experts, engineers, data scientists, and production support teams.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Desire and ability to thrive in a distributed technical environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·      Bachelor's degree (B.E/ B Tech. computer science, engineering, statistics/mathematicsor a related field) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent, master’s a plus.

·      Total at least 5 years of experience working on enterprise AI products

·      Experience in supporting software products or applications in the AI ML domain.
