Job Description

The Data Platforms & Analytics team is looking for a committed and competent Technical Business Analyst to carry out requirement analysis, solution design and parameterization activities on data staging and  warehousing domains. You'll be part of an Agile team that implement high quality, standardized solutions for Swiss Banks, and also provide Application Maintenance Services (third level support) to our existing customers base.  We work closely together and with other teams, therefore we are looking for a new colleague who – in addition to being independent – also enjoys collaborating with others!

Your key tasks:

• Conduct comprehensive requirement analysis and solution design in collaboration with architects, partners, and customers.
• Oversee the end-to-end solution lifecycle, including implementation and knowledge transfer.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and loading activities using Oracle Data Integrator and other ETL/ELT tools.
• Design and implement data warehousing solutions that meet business requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for data integration and warehousing.
• Troubleshoot complex data integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of data integration processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for all implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and hands-on attitude.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and other ETL/ELT tools
• Pluriannual PL/SQL experience
• Excellent client-orientation and strong communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.
• Proactive, self-motivated with passion for learning and self-improvement

It would be a real bonus if you have 

• ACP (Avaloq Core Platform)  parametrization & scripting experience 
• Database & Cloud technologies ( Snowflake, OCI)
• OpenShift / Kubernetes and Microservices
