To enhance our capabilities, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SPSS and Tableau Specialist with a strong background in business analytics, data science, and decision-making frameworks. This is a remote freelance role, offering flexibility while working on impactful projects.Role Overview:
The successful candidate will help us establish robust analytical workflows using SPSS and create intuitive, actionable dashboards in Tableau. You will work closely with our team to ensure our data is effectively utilized for informed business decisions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Set Up and Configure SPSS: Develop workflows for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data management tailored to our business needs.
  • Design Tableau Dashboards: Create dynamic, visually compelling Tableau dashboards to communicate insights to key stakeholders.
  • Perform Data Analysis: Conduct detailed statistical analyses, including customer segmentation, forecasting, and trends identification.
  • Integrate Data Sources: Ensure compatibility and seamless integration of our existing data systems (CRM, ERP, and financial tools) with SPSS and Tableau.
  • Collaborate and Train: Work with internal team members to explain analytical methods and outputs. Provide training on using Tableau dashboards effectively.
  • Recommend Best Practices: Advise on data governance, analytics strategy, and potential future needs to maximize ROI.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience with SPSS for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong background in business analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience integrating data from diverse sources and creating unified analytical outputs.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex statistical insights in business-friendly terms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage project timelines efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of complementary tools like Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
