About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and innovative individual to join our Research and Development (R&D) team as an intern in Indoor Positioning, Localization, and Navigation Technologies. This internship provides hands-on experience in cutting-edge research and real-world application development in the field of spatial computing and positioning systems. You will work alongside experts to explore innovative solutions for accurately determining positions in indoor environments using technologies such as sensor fusion, deep learning, and signal processing.
Key Responsibilities
As an intern, you will:
- 1. Research & Development:
- Explore state-of-the-art algorithms for indoor positioning and navigation.
- Analyze technologies such as UWB, LiDAR, IMU for indoor localization.
- Contribute to developing and testing prototypes for navigation systems.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze sensor data (e.g., accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer).
- Evaluate performance metrics such as accuracy, latency, and reliability of positioning systems.
- Develop software or hardware prototypes for testing localization solutions.
- Conduct experiments in real-world indoor environments to validate solutions.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Technical Background:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of signal processing, sensor technologies, and localization concepts.
- Strong understanding on deep learning technologies.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB).
Problem-Solving:- Ability to analyze complex problems and implement algorithmic solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting research and presenting findings.
- Knowledge of deep learning applications for localization.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and implement algorithmic solutions.
