Job Description

The TDMV: Valuation and Marketdata team is primarily responsible for the valuation of all financial instruments within LGT Private Banking. These valuations are carried out by supplying prices from third-party providers and/or by applying valuation models.

Main tasks:

Ensuring the correct periodic (usually daily) valuation of financial instruments held by clients.
Evaluating and implementing suitable valuation models, methods and market data feeds for financial instruments without reliably traded prices, in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Developing valuation guidelines for new products and collaborating on projects.
Creating analyses and managing key performance indicators.

Requirements

Degree from a university or university of applied sciences in applied mathematics, physics or statistics
In-depth knowledge of financial instruments and their valuation.
Professional experience in trading, valuation or risk teams.
Strong knowledge of data management and data analysis.
Knowledge of financial information systems such as Bloomberg, SIX Financial Information.
Basic knowledge of programming (SQL, Python etc.).
Fluent German and English
Customer and quality orientation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Avaloq knowledge of advantage
