Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

ESTONIAN SPEAKING CHATBOT CONTENT CREATOR

(the position is temporary for 1 year with possibility to extend)

Main purpose of the role:

Join our team to enhance customer experience and make information about Circle K products and services easily accessible through a Conversational AI platform. You’ll play a key role in the development and continuous improvement of our Virtual Assistant as part of its implementation team.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test new chatbot topics to meet customer needs.

• Ensure chatbot content aligns with quality standards set by Circle K stakeholders.

• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to confirm readiness for launch.

• Optimize the Estonian language chatbot based on internal priorities and criteria.

• Review chatbot conversations to evaluate performance and enhance quality.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proficiency in Estonian and English (both written and spoken) to communicate with colleagues.

• Strong interest in IT.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage tasks and priorities independently.

• Self-driven with a proactive mindset.

• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

• Monthly salary: 1700 – 1900 EUR gross.
