Job Overview
The Data Analyst, Risk Adjustment position is responsible for managing data used to support Altura’s HCC/RAF programs. Primary responsibility is the maintenance and enhancement of an integrated network of databases used to gather multiple sources of data. This includes coordination with department and/or Analytics team to refine and/or develop ETL processes to ensure databases are kept current. Secondary responsibility is providing support for department and others to troubleshoot data issues in HCC/RAF applications and reports. The Data Analyst will also document data flows and data content of databases used for reporting.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience working the healthcare data, including knowledge of clinical coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, REV codes….) required.
3. Minimum of 1 year experience working with Excel pivot tables and/or SQL queries required.
4. EPIC, EZ-Cap, and/or Cozeva preferred.
5. Experience with the Medicare risk model, knowledge of CMS guidelines and Risk Adjustment processing preferred.
Compensation
$61,800.00 - $77,250.00 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer

The range is subject to change.
