TITLE: HR Operations Data Analyst

LOCATION: Westchester, IL

REPORTS TO: Manager, IPS People Pillar (Diane Lewis)

Ingredion is hiring a HR Operations Analyst to help track and analyze key data to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, they will oversee timecard tracking, ensure compliance to current policies and procedures and help bring the department up on industry best practices. 

Core Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Manage and update data for HR Power BI Dashboards including Service Anniversary, Exit Interview, 30/60/90 day new hire evaluation and Global People Productivity Dashboards.
  • Create and deploy Power Automate solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR team.
  • Develop software code to enable new features and functionalities in productivity dashboards, plant HR process overtime, Kronos, service anniversaries, associate transfer process and manufacturing excellence incentive, etc.
  • Develop and manage HR SharePoint sites to ensure they are up-to-date and effectively support HR operations.
  • Collaborate with HR professionals to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.  This includes automating processes such as interview guide submissions, new hire evaluation completion, service anniversary congratulatory emails.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and data issues for HR interfaces supporting global operations.
  • Analyze data for the Listen Survey, global productivity dashboard, associate new hire evaluations, exit interviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Support HR processes and data requests as needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C+.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Additional eligibility qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with HR software or systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and Power Apps)
  • Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Project management experience desired

Pay Range:

$65,000.00-$86,666.67 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
