Your Day to Day 

As an AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and deploying AI models that drive innovative solutions for our products. This role offers a dynamic environment to innovate and shape AI-driven solutions in transformative ways: 

• AI Model Development: Design, develop, and fine-tune both new and existing AI models, focusing on tasks such as work automation, screen interpretation, and language understanding.   

• End-to-End Ownership: Work end-to-end on AI projects, from understanding customer requirements and curating high-quality training data, through implementing model training pipelines, validating performance, and deploying models to production.   

• Strong Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into our modern products such as GoTo Resolve and Rescue. 

• Learn and Grow: You’ll have the opportunity to work with a modern AI stack that includes Torch, Tensorflow, OpenCV, Weights & Biases, Ray Cluster and many others next to or on top of AWS and Azure. To build things end-to-end, you will have a chance to support web development (Typescript, React, Node.js) and/or app development (.NET/C#/C++) to realise product integrations together with our partner teams. 

What We’re Looking For 

This role requires a commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration in a fast-paced setting. As an AI Engineer, your background will look like: 

• Machine Learning and Deep Learning: Proficiency in machine learning, particularly with Python, focusing on deep neural networks, transformers, reinforcement learning, behavior cloning, transformer models or pre-training of large models. 

• Large Language Models (LLMs): Hands-on experience in utilizing and fine-tuning existing large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Mistral, Gemini, Claude) by integrating proprietary data and prompting and/or tuning it. 

• Software Development: Proven track record in developing and testing software at a high level in an agile and highly productive team environment. 

• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure is a strong advantage.
