The KGSH Technology team is the backbone of global operations by designing, developing, implementing, and operating all IT solutions and services. The software development team handles various solutions, including desktop tools and complex ETL processes for Microsoft Azure. Simultaneously, our application support team
ensures system reliability, while the data analytics team generates complex reports from our extensive data. In addition, our team builds collaboration platforms and automates processes, including complex RPA workflows.
The Technology team is a diverse and dynamic group comprising business analysts, developers, reporting/data specialists, and system engineers. They bring various technological and cultural backgrounds to the table, and we're proud to have multinational colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders across departments.
- Continuously enhance reports to ensure clarity and support effective decision-making.
- Streamline and automate data reporting processes to improve efficiency and data reliability across projects and reports.
- Act as a consultant, working closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their objectives and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Present data insights and recommendations in a clear and impactful way, catering to different levels of technical understanding to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all products adhere to the organization's development standards and undergo any necessary quality checks and processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and database querying
- Advanced knowledge of Power Query M, DAX languages & BI process (ETL, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Dashboards)
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Power BI
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Advantages

- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint Lists
