As a Data Analyst Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing data to optimize our advertising strategies, enhance user experiences, and contribute to the growth of our platform. You will lead a dynamic team of data professionals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing data analyst team in the ad tech domain;
• Develop and execute data strategies to enhance ad targeting, ad creatives, bidding strategies, and personalization;
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data-driven features into BidMachine platform;
• Oversee the analysis of advertising campaign data to extract actionable insights;
• Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain and enhance data infrastructure;
• Forming hypotheses, planning experiments and analyzing the results;
• Lead A/B testing (marketing, app monetization, product testing).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a data-focused team in the Ad tech domain;
• Strong knowledge of data tools (Databricks, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana, etc.), cloud technology (AWS), and programming languages (Python, SQL);
• Strong experience in analyzing and calculating product metrics;
• Strong experience in solving Data Science and Machine Learning problems;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions;
• Familiarity with ad tech industry standards (e.g., Ad Network platform, OpenRTB protocol, App monetization) and best practices in ad tech;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics).
